When you place an order with our company, we will give priority to processing the order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it’s normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time, or is in pre-order status. The items of pre-orders, along with the rest of the order, will be processed once the stock becomes available. The date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavor to process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterwards. Please check the time-table we updated on the page of pre-order items. Shipping Time does not include the processing period.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY POLICY
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over a certain value and Expedited Shipping for extra paid orders to partial countries. To calculate the delivery costs, please add any product to your shopping cart, click on checkout and select your country. The delivery costs for your order will then be displayed automatically.

Special Conditions for deliveries to EU Countries and a few Countries:

For all items, the prices for physical goods offers exclude VAT. For orders shipped to delivery addresses within some Countries, respective value added tax will be charged to you upon place of your order. Depending on your delivery address, VAT may vary at Checkout. For questions about VAT on items purchased, please contact us directly.

Please note that the delivery times that are provided with your order confirmation are just used to give you a basic overview on the number of business days it takes for an order to be delivered after receiving your order confirmation, but this is definitely not accurate. Thank you for understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities, or other possible delays. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not respected. If the shipment did not arrive on time, we cannot grant you a refund of the shipping costs on terms of non-compliances.

1) The orders are only shipped to the United States Territories, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver to Guam or US military address. Shipping rates for packages to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to the checkout page.

2) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

3) Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we are not guaranteeing delivery dates.

4) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

5) For Expedited Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

6) Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

7) Please verify your shipping address eligibility during checkout, and ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order, Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address. If the order is returned because of an invalid address or unclaimed after holding period and returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded when they are requested to be refunded. For security purposes, we’re unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped.

About Tax

  1. What is Value Added Tax?
    Value Added Tax (“VAT”) will be charged to our customers who purchase from us based on your shipping destination. We are required by law to collect Tax in those countries. You will see the Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.
  2. How is Tax calculated?
    VAT is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your countries). Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the Checkout stage.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, VRIGOO cannot declare purchased items as a gift.

  1. Will VAT be refundable?
    No, In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate tax will not be refundable.

IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once we have received your payment, we will pack your order and ship it as soon as possible. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery. I DIDN’T RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, WHAT’S UP WITH MY ORDER?
We always try to process all of our orders as soon as possible but unfortunately, sometimes your order may be delayed because of a high amount of orders we have to process, payment issues, risk verification, …

If you live in Brazil or Chile, we need your Tax ID number in order to ship your order. You can add this in the belonging field during checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
The delivery carrier will leave a message in your mailbox which states that a delivery attempt was made. You can also find this information then on the tracking link. This message will contain instructions on how to contact the shipping carrier. Normally, there is a second or third delivery attempt foreseen in the next days. After 3 delivery attempts, the order will automatically be shipped back to sender.

In some cases, your order will be delivered at a local post office or parcel shop after the first delivery attempt.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped. So if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we can often still change your delivery address.

When you just passed your order and you realise that you made a mistake, please and provide us with the following information:

We will do our utmost to pass the information to our logistics partner on time in order to change the delivery address.

A good way to start is by checking your tracking link. This should have an up-to-date status of your order so you can check where your order is now.

Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed due to safety measures of the customs authorities and that we have no influence on delivery delays.

If you have received a shipping confirmation and you feel like your order is not delivered within the specified delivery time, and we will start an investigation with our logistics partner. This may take several days and a refund or replacement shipment can only be executed after this investigation, or after 30 days. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the above address.
